Background
For each reporting period (typically at the end of Q1, Q2, Q3, and fiscal year-end) we collect the status of the goals for the goal plans of any Employee who has one. Once collected, results are reported back to them, showing them what they would earn based on those results if the year were to end at that time. Among other things, this process makes sure Employees and Supervisors are on the same page about goal plan progress throughout the year.
Step 1 - Raw Data Collection
For each goal plan you are being asked to provide data for (it could be your goal plan, those of your direct reports, or some combination thereof) you’ll receive a goal plan update worksheet. Fill in the results column for each goal and scan the document back.

Step 2 - Status Reports Delivered
An interim goal plan result report is delivered to each Employee that has a goal plan.
