Indeed sponsored ads are a great tool to keep your job ads visible on one of the most prominent job boards available. While Bamboo will post your ad directly to Indeed, among other free job boards, there currently is not an option to sponsor that ad via Bamboo. For that reason, an Indeed account is required.
Please follow the steps below to activate your Company's Indeed Account.
1. Using the link below, register with a company email address and password.
2. Follow the 'setup wizard' to complete your registration. You might be asked to setup a draft ad as you proceed through registration, but you do not need to publish in the end.
3. Once you have the account set up, please send the username and password to hr@workforcewins.com.
4. Next, add a credit card to the account. The direct link is below.
WorkforceWins will use your Indeed account to sponsor your Bamboo ads posted to Indeed, upon your approval. As the two systems are not connected (Indeed and Bamboo), please note that the process of sponsorship can take some time, especially on the first posting.
