Employee Review Workbooks are administered via RightSignature - a secure online eSignature application. It provides many advantages in terms of efficiency, workflow, tracking, Employee document storage and confidentiality.
Who will receive the workbooks?
Employee review workbooks are first sent via RightSignature to the review meeting leader (typically the Employee’s Supervisor).
Can I Print a Copy of the Workbook for Each Meeting?
As of the January 2020 RightSignature update, pdf copies of documents can no longer be downloaded or printed. Our clients work off of a tablet or laptop during employee review meetings.
What if I need to make changes to the workbook content?
Changes to the content of the workbook are made when the Supervisor determines that some part of the workbook's contents requires adjustment. The Supervisor simply requests a new workbook with revised content from hr@workforcewins.com.
What happens when I add my signature to the Employee review workbook?
RightSignature will automatically forward the document to the Employee for their signature.
How will I know when they have signed the workbook?
Once signed off by the Employee, an electronic copy is automatically delivered to all signatories via email. WorkforceWins uploads a copy of the finalized workbook to the Employee’s permanent file.
Do I need to save the file somewhere?
No, we take care of storing a master copy in the Employee's Bamboo profile for future reference.
